This e-Filing system allows you to submit a case to DIAC in accordance with DIAC’s Arbitrations Rules 2022. These rules address the evolving needs of arbitration and business communities; and seek to optimise and improve the efficiency of arbitration and conciliation procedures.

Parties are encouraged to review the provisions in DIAC’s Arbitration Rules and associated legislations prior to submission and to contact DIAC in advance of any new arbitration or conciliation filing with any questions.
